I consider these wood pieces to be dimensional drawings. This piece was made by automatically drawing on the surface of edge glued wood. Adhering strictly to the parameters set forth by the quick drawing, the resulting three dimensional manifestation of a two dimensional drawing emerges through a reductive carving process.
